The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Lewisville, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Compensation is not specified. The Helm ABA provides compassionate applied behavior analysis therapy to help children with autism grow, communicate, and thrive. The technician delivers one-to-one therapy using individualized plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, tracks progress, and works with families and the clinical team. The role supports children’s skill development and consistent implementation of treatment plans.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children following individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs
• collect and track data to monitor progress and guide treatment decisions
• coach families on reinforcing positive behaviors at home
• collaborate with the clinical team
• maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
• participate in ongoing training and career development.
