Systems, Integration, and Test Engineer (Level 2)

The Systems, Integration, and Test Engineer (Level 2) role is onsite in Sparks, MD, on a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. Compensation is $80,000–$110,000 per year. iRF – Intelligent RF Solutions supports signals intelligence and electronic warfare missions for government and military customers. The engineer designs requirements-driven automated test systems and programs for microwave products, supporting product transition from engineering to manufacturing. The role develops test procedures, verifies product performance, and helps ensure production assemblies meet specifications and acceptance requirements.

What you'll do

• Translate engineering test setups into hardware and software platforms for repeatable production testing
• create or modify automated test programs
• review specifications and determine test strategies
• design automated test systems
• program test equipment and data-reduction interfaces
• debug and rebuild test setups
• develop test procedures
• work with engineers on experiments
• maintain engineering schedules.
