Registered Veterinary Technician

Job overview

The Registered Veterinary Technician role is onsite in Parkton, NC, and the hospital operates Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM and is closed on weekends. What you'll do

• Restrain animals
• obtain patient histories and vital signs
• triage incoming patients
• collect and analyze laboratory samples
• perform phlebotomy and diagnostic imaging
• provide nursing care to medical and hospitalized cases
• administer medications
• communicate treatment plans to clients
• prepare for and assist with surgery
• and manage anesthesia.
