What you'll do

• Support or lead preconstruction work, including quantity takeoffs, scopes of work, and bid packages
• manage project buyout and subcontract or purchase order agreements
• set up and manage submittal schedules and procurement
• coordinate stakeholders
• review and manage change requests and owner change orders
• prepare monthly owner pay applications, cost reviews, and forecasts
• communicate safety, quality, schedule, and budget matters to leadership
• lead project meetings and closeout
• participate in recruiting, interviewing, building, and teaching teams
• support the development team as needed.
