Regional Vice President of Operations

The Regional Vice President of Operations role is an onsite, field-based position in Plano, TX, with extensive travel across an assigned region. Compensation is $125,000 per year. The role supports a portfolio of select-service hotels and advances ARK’s hospitality mission focused on relationships, reputation, and returns. The executive leader drives operational excellence, financial performance, guest satisfaction, brand compliance, owner relations, and leadership development across multiple properties. By partnering with regional and property leaders, corporate teams, and ownership groups, the RVP establishes accountability and improves hotel performance.

What you'll do

• Set performance expectations and hold Regional Managers and General Managers accountable
• lead hotel openings, transitions, acquisitions, renovations, and special projects
• improve revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, service, and operating efficiency
• provide strategic and operational leadership across an assigned select-service hotel portfolio
• build relationships with ownership groups, senior leadership, and property teams.
