What you'll do

• Use data to support targeted recruitment and carry out the annual recruitment plan. Build relationships with foster parents and community organizations, manage CRM follow-up, and respond to inquiries within 24 hours excluding weekends. Lead foster-parent certification, home studies, training, and record maintenance
• provide rotating on-call support to foster families.
