What you'll do
- Individual performs diagnostic ultrasound and NIVA procedures, operates ultrasound equipment, and prepares the room with the necessary equipment and supplies for the procedure.
- Positively reflects concern and consideration when interacting with patients, medical staff, physicians, and other hospital personnel supporting the Mission, Vision, and Values of the company.
- Is able to provide care to his/her assigned patients and assures a safe patient care environment.
- Maintains technical skills and is responsible for using equipment to minimize hazards and maximize patient safety.
- Secondary duties include clerical duties, receptionist, answering phones, scheduling patients, ordering supplies, stocking the department, maintaining files and general cleaning.
- Assists in collecting data for PI monitors and conducting QC on equipment.
