What you'll do

• Provide direct medical care and regular patient check-ins
• take and document vital signs
• complete initial medical assessments and maintain patient records
• coordinate care and assist with treatment plans
• support medication self-administration, lab and EKG orders, wellness groups, and referrals as needed.
