The Community Manager – Affordable Housing (LIHTC/Bond) role is onsite in Rancho Cordova, CA. Compensation is $28–$30 per hour. The manager oversees property operations, leasing, resident relations, and compliance, with particular attention to affordable-housing requirements. The role supports the property’s financial health, regulatory reporting, and a positive community environment.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily property operations
• lead the leasing team and manage applications, screenings, move-ins, and move-outs
• maintain Project-Based Section 8 compliance, annual recertifications, tenant files, and waitlists
• manage budgets, expenses, and rent collections
• address resident concerns
• coordinate maintenance, vendors, contractors, and capital projects
• submit reports and documentation to agencies and ownership.
