What you'll do

• Serve as a subject matter contributor
• partner with Land leaders to identify training priorities
• translate operational concepts into learning solutions
• lead onboarding programs
• deliver learning experiences through classroom, virtual, and field-based instruction
• provide ongoing coaching and mentoring
• evaluate learning effectiveness.
