Small Animal Customer Service Representative

The Small Animal Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Quakertown, PA. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. The role supports Quakertown Veterinary Clinic’s veterinary hospital and call center. As an initial point of contact for clients, the representative handles communications and administrative tasks that help the veterinary team coordinate appointments, patient visits, and client service, including routine and emergency visits.

What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls and client questions
• schedule appointments and update client and patient information
• welcome clients and complete check-in and check-out
• process payments and maintain records
• coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff
• respond to email inquiries
• assist with retail purchases and prescription diets
• maintain an organized reception area
• provide courteous service during routine and emergency visits.
