Commercial Roofing Production Manager

Job overview

The Commercial Roofing Production Manager role is onsite in Missoula, MT, with an approximately 50% field and 50% office arrangement. Compensation is not specified. The role oversees operations of Western Montana Roofing’s commercial roofing division. The manager coordinates crews, subcontractors, and project activities to complete commercial roofing work safely, on schedule, and within budget. The position also monitors quality, job costs, and team performance while supporting process improvements and division growth.

What you'll do

• Supervise field operations and monitor quality and safety through job walks, midpoint and final inspections, and warranty walks
• maintain client files with progress reports, photos, and documentation
• review job costs, profitability, labor goals, and timelines
• coordinate in-house crews and multi-trade subcontractors
• plan and schedule projects
• coach and develop team members
• and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Commercial roofing installation and crew leadership experience are mandatory. Knowledge of TPO, PVC, and EPDM systems is required
• shingle and metal roofing knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory.
