Housekeeping Inspector

What you'll do

• Perform assigned arrival and departure inspections
• notify designated personnel when units are available
• check unoccupied units for thermostat settings, lights, unauthorized use, and maintenance deficiencies
• record and repair maintenance deficiencies
• report inspection results to housekeeping management or supervisors
• communicate quality issues to housekeepers and supervisors
• ensure rooms that do not meet standards are not marked for rent
• promptly notify supervisors of significant issues.
