What you'll do

• Answer busy multi-line phones
• use case management software
• set appointments
• receive and distribute mail, electronic faxes, and office email
• maintain the mailroom and supplies
• manage the lobby and front desk commons
• manage office, kitchen, and cleaning supply inventory
• prepare basic correspondence from templates
• assist the Operations department.
