The consultant serves as an initial contact for prospective residents and supports tours, applications, leasing, renewals, and resident service. The role also helps maintain the presentation of the community and supports day-to-day property management.

What you'll do

• Connect with prospects and follow up
• conduct property tours
• process applications, income verification, screening, rental verification, move-in letters, and guarantor applications when needed
• respond to resident and prospect concerns by phone and email
• enter requests in Rent Manager
• prepare property collateral, move-in documents, keys, and renewal paperwork
• maintain the leasing office and model units
• assist with rent collection
• follow up on work orders
• support market surveys
• serve as backup for the Property Manager as needed.
