The Minister — LM Kids Program Coordinator works onsite in Henderson, NV, for the Church at Lake Mead. Compensation is $15–$22 per hour. Lake Mead Christian Ministries’ mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ through community; this role supports the LM Kids and Club 46 programs. The coordinator helps oversee children’s programming, worship, curriculum, family resources, supplies, and volunteers. The work supports consistent Sunday gatherings and special events while helping children and families participate in the church’s ministry.

What you'll do

• Coordinate LM Kids curriculum, worship, family resources, inventory, graphics, and team support
• prepare worship songs and materials
• recruit, train, and lead worship leaders and student helpers
• prepare and upload lesson materials
• set up and tear down Sunday gatherings
• organize and clean supplies and toys
• support special-event planning and execution
• ensure policies and procedures are followed
• provide feedback to ministry leaders.
