What you'll do

• Greet guests, answer questions, and anticipate needs
• set up, replenish, and break down breakfast and evening social service
• support The Hollow with food and beverage preparation, stocking, merchandising, and guest service
• maintain dining, café, kitchen, and storage areas
• monitor food quality and presentation
• follow food safety, sanitation, and applicable alcohol-service requirements
• operate equipment safely and report maintenance concerns.
