What you'll do

• Review referrals and additional visit requests
• update the Authorization Tracker
• monitor payer portals and follow up on pending responses
• notify care coordinators of approvals and denials
• enter approvals and supporting documents into back-office or EMR systems
• flag expiring authorizations
• prepare weekly summaries
• escalate delayed or urgent cases
• maintain organized records.
