Provider Management Supervisor

Job overview

The Provider Management Supervisor role is onsite in Fort Worth, TX for three to four weeks of in-office training, with an opportunity to work from home afterward. Compensation is $20–$21 per hour. The role supports a client’s claims-audit documentation and provider information processes. The supervisor verifies provider, patient, and client information and obtains records needed for claims audits. Accurate requests, organized records, and communication with providers help ensure required documentation is gathered and available for audit work.

What you'll do

• Verify provider, patient, and client information
• obtain medical records, itemized bills, UB04s, and HCFA forms for claims audits
• maintain records
• and communicate with providers to gather required information. Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
