What you'll do

• Direct risk management and patient safety programs, including root cause analysis, failure mode and effects analysis, risk assessments, hazard response, and event management
• oversee infection investigations and outbreak protocols
• serve as a contact for regulators and auditors
• maintain survey readiness
• oversee quality complaints and reviews
• establish data-management and performance-tracking standards
• use healthcare data to inform strategies and reports
• manage department operations, resources, and budgets
• recruit, develop, and retain staff.
