What you'll do

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and shoppers
• follow security procedures and site policies
• respond calmly to incidents and customer concerns
• document observations and report security issues
• conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols
• monitor access points and site activity
• assist with directing visitors, tenants, and deliveries
• and communicate with site management, law enforcement, emergency responders, or company leadership as needed.
