• Manage assigned account portfolios
• monitor past-due items and resolve discrepancies

• support sales on accounts-receivable issues

• reconcile and post customer payments
• respond to billing-document requests
• enter invoices in customer portals
• process billing adjustments and credit card payments
• provide backup support and assist with projects.
