The Director, Revenue Cycle role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO, with compensation of $130,000–$160,000 per year. Ascend Clinical operates a high-volume clinical laboratory processing millions of tests each month and supports clinical and environmental laboratory testing. This leader oversees revenue cycle operations and continuous improvement across patient services, insurance verification, billing, denials, collections, cash posting, and reimbursement. The role works across Finance, Operations, Compliance, Sales, and Laboratory leadership to improve revenue, cash flow, customer service, and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Oversee patient services, insurance verification, billing, denials management, collections, cash posting, and reimbursement
• set departmental goals, policies, workflows, and performance measures
• analyze accounts receivable, collections, denials, and cash flow
• improve workflows and automation
• manage and develop supervisors, managers, and staff
• partner with IT and business stakeholders on systems and reporting
• resolve complex patient, client, and payer issues
• ensure compliance with applicable regulations and HIPAA.
