What you'll do

• Provide 24-hour oversight of assigned facilities and respond to emergencies at assigned sites
• communicate with parents, guardians, conservators, and advocates
• conduct staff performance evaluations and monthly reviews
• schedule homes and ensure coverage
• oversee supervisory visits, staff documentation, and training
• attend required administrative, DIDD, MCO, Circle of Support, Plan of Care, and house meetings
• support health and safety processes including medical appointments, fire drills, medication administration, incident reporting, and complaint resolution.
