What you'll do

• Advise customer executives and technical leaders
• lead discovery and architecture engagements
• translate objectives into scalable designs and implementation strategies
• guide organizational change and adoption
• provide implementation leadership and manage delivery risks and escalations
• partner with Sales and Solution Engineering on scoping
• create architecture and integration documentation
• advise on AI and automation deployment
• mentor architects and consultants
• establish Professional Services best practices.
