What you'll do

• Fulfill manager-on-duty responsibilities when scheduled
• generate sales and maintain guest service standards
• evaluate sales trends and develop methods for sales growth
• manage inventory control and goals
• administer company policies
• recruit, hire, train, and coach staff
• enforce cash-handling and loss-prevention policies
• provide training in POS, product knowledge, guest service, resort information, and sales
• conduct performance appraisals
• maintain paperwork
• communicate with store and regional managers
• manage the operational budget
• stay current on products and trends.
