The Scheduling Coordinator role is onsite in Richland, WA, with pay of $21–$25 per hour. The role also maintains patient charts and a welcoming front desk, communicates with families and physician offices, and works with therapy providers and administrative staff to keep clinic schedules organized.

What you'll do

• Greet families in person and by phone
• schedule, reschedule, and confirm therapy appointments
• manage the waitlist and fill openings
• call and fax physician offices
• communicate attendance, cancellations, and clinic policies
• maintain the front desk and waiting area
• keep patient charts accurate and current
• collaborate with providers and administrative staff.
