IT Support Engineer

What you'll do

• Support Windows devices, Microsoft 365, business applications, printers, peripherals, and meeting-room technology
• manage tickets and user communications
• maintain knowledge articles
• administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and relevant Active Directory services
• enroll and configure endpoints through Intune
• maintain device and software inventories
• support operational checks, approved scripts, security investigations, and routine changes
• contribute to project testing, documentation, and implementation.
