Showroom Client Support Specialist

The role manages client orders from pre-order through shipping and delivery, helping ensure accurate orders, timely fulfillment, and a high-quality showroom service experience. It supports showroom sales consultants and coordinates with internal teams to resolve client issues and keep projects moving.

What you'll do

• Manage client orders from pre-order through delivery
• communicate with internal departments and external clients about order accuracy and delivery
• track order reporting data
• support sales consultants with quotes, order entry, sample requests, and payment processing
• partner with Client Services and Technical Support to resolve client issues
• assist with showroom operations such as shipments, inventory transfers, and refunds.
