Account Manager

The Account Manager role is onsite in Boutte, LA. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. Superior Rent to Own serves customers through merchandise rentals, sales, and related account support. The role manages customer accounts and collections while supporting rental renewals, merchandise sales, delivery and pickup, and customer service. Its work helps maintain customer relationships and the store’s rental and sales operations.

What you'll do

• Handle collections in the store and in the field
• communicate with customers about renewing rental agreements
• sell and rent furniture, appliances, and electronics
• respond to customer service calls
• deliver and pick up merchandise from customers’ homes
• clean and refurbish previously rented merchandise
• perform other duties as directed by management.
