Job overview
The Electro-Mechanical Equipment Reliability Technician role is onsite in Hanover, PA. Pay is $24–$36 per hour. The technician supports Ring Container Packaging’s high-speed manufacturing operations by keeping production equipment safe, stable, and optimized. The role performs preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnoses equipment faults, and documents work to reduce downtime and support quality. It also coordinates with production and maintenance colleagues on training, safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and equipment changeovers
- diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and process faults
- maintain CMMS records and parts usage
- follow Lockout/Tagout and safety requirements
- communicate equipment status and improvement ideas
- support training and plant improvement teams.
