What you'll do

• Support ingredient commercialization, supplier qualification, product renovation, innovation, quality improvement, equipment and process changes, new product development, and food safety validation through evaluations, technical assessments, data collection, and coordination. Plan and report on product and ingredient evaluations and audits
• analyze results and identify trends
• maintain technical records, databases, specifications, protocols, and reports
• coordinate sample handling and lab supplies
• maintain QA lab, test kitchen, and shipping and receiving areas
• assist with product development and sensory testing
• travel as necessary for program activities.
