What you'll do

• Install, maintain, and repair customer FTTX broadband and voice services
• perform quality-control functions for other installation technicians
• install aerial or buried service-drop cabling, ONTs, NIDs, and wiring
• restore customer services after trouble-ticket dispatch
• complete interior and exterior fiber-optic and category Ethernet cabling
• document and reconcile inventory
• track feeder construction
• coordinate inventory levels with field personnel
• update customer equipment
• document processes and procedures.
