What you'll do

• Support recruitment, training, coaching, and development of team members
• represent the brand and create educational customer experiences
• address customer concerns
• partner with the Store Manager on merchandising, marketing, and customer-engagement strategies
• review daily performance metrics and follow up on execution
• assist with store operations, inventory, shrink reduction, merchandising, safety, cleanliness, associate records, and policy compliance.
