Senior Project Manager

Job overview

The Senior Project Manager role is hybrid in Jacksonville, FL, with Monday through Thursday in the office and Friday working from home. Compensation is $130,000–$185,000 per year. Stellar Energy Global Infrastructure provides custom power augmentation and energy plant solutions for power generation, utilities, LNG, data centers, biopharma, and other markets. The project manager oversees complex projects from contract award through delivery and closeout. The role coordinates internal and external stakeholders, schedules, budgets, documentation, fabrication, installation, and startup to meet contractual requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage project execution and lifecycle
• conduct engineering kickoff meetings
• review contracts and manage scope and change control
• monitor schedules
• coordinate documentation and stakeholders
• manage fabrication, installation, and startup issues
• develop budgets, cost accounting vouchers, cash-flow and labor-hour tracking
• prepare estimates and reports
• manage closeout and warranty requests
• lead client communications
• prepare for audits.
