What you'll do
- Serve as the firm’s onsite point of contact for assigned foreclosure matters
- build professional relationships with client personnel and firm staff
- monitor files through key milestones
- coordinate status, documentation, requirements, and escalations
- review file information and servicing-system data
- manage workflow tasks and deadlines
- update systems
- identify delays, quality concerns, and compliance issues
- monitor attorney and vendor activity
- assist with reporting, portfolio reviews, audits, and projects
- and maintain knowledge of applicable foreclosure requirements.
