Founding Account Executive

The Founding Account Executive role is onsite in San Francisco, CA. Base salary is $90,000–$120,000 per year, with stated on-target earnings of $160,000–$240,000. The client company builds software that uses AI to generate and test in-app experiences intended to lift revenue. As the company’s first full-cycle closer, the account executive takes over a founder-led sales motion, initially closing alongside the CEO and then building a repeatable process. The role also develops outbound pipeline and helps shape sales strategy, positioning, pricing, quotas, compensation, and future hiring.
