• Assist with daily living skills, grooming, meals, personal care, and medication administration
• support activities, community outings, and skill-building
• promote independence and dignity
• document daily notes and training steps in Therap
• communicate important information to supervisors and team members
• follow safety, infection control, and agency policies.

Why this role

Part-time role with first- and second-shift schedules and rotating weekends. Other sites may be assigned as needed.
