Part-Time Accounting Manager

What you'll do

• Handle full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting using QuickBooks Desktop
• perform bank and credit-card reconciliations and journal entries
• manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• assist with month-end close and maintain general ledgers
• prepare financial information and schedules for the outside CPA firm and annual tax returns
• assist with LLC formations
• maintain records across businesses and real estate assets
• track deadlines
• handle special accounting and administrative projects
• serve as administrative contact for tenants, vendors, contractors, and building service providers
• obtain and compare bids and maintain vendor and repair records.
