Material Planner and Inventory Manager

The Material Planner and Inventory Manager role is onsite in Vancouver, WA, with compensation of $100,000–$130,000 per year. Onboard Systems International provides external cargo-handling equipment for civil and military helicopters as part of Signia Aerospace. The manager leads production planning, material coordination, and inventory control to ensure materials are available when needed while balancing customer demand, manufacturing capacity, and inventory investment. The role works across production, supply chain, engineering, quality, customer service, finance, and other functions to protect delivery commitments and improve operational performance.

What you'll do

• Lead production planning and scheduling
• maintain production schedules
• monitor capacity and constraints
• translate demand into material requirements using ERP/MRP tools
• identify shortages and coordinate recovery plans
• maintain planning parameters
• manage inventory accuracy and optimization
• lead cycle counting and reconciliation
• maintain ERP/MRP data integrity
• analyze operational performance and lead continuous improvement
• collaborate across functions and report recommendations to leadership.
