What you'll do

• Support personal growth, self-directedness, community integration, and activities of daily living, including feeding, hygiene, medications, and community activities. Assist with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, toileting, transfers, ambulation, range of motion, and communication according to individual support requirements. Promote rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality
• document through program communication logs
• report incidents or evidence of abuse or rights violations
• and communicate respectfully while protecting privacy and confidentiality.
