What you'll do

• Sell new, pre-owned, and brokered homes
• respond to inbound leads
• schedule and conduct home and community tours
• present homes, pricing, and community features
• assess buyer needs
• maintain inventory and marketing information
• enter and follow up on leads in the CRM
• coordinate applications, deposits, closing timelines, and documentation
• support open houses and sales events as needed
• assist with office operations and resident interactions. Evening and weekend hours may be required based on appointments, open houses, and sales activity.
