What you'll do

• estimate labor across construction phases
• build organized estimates with material and labor line items, waste factors, and assumptions
• review plans and specifications for gaps
• compare supplier and subcontractor quotes
• maintain pricing databases
• account for Florida building requirements
• support estimate revisions and budget updates
• hand off estimates and material lists
• review completed jobs against estimates.
