Counter Server

What you'll do

• Welcome guests and provide knowledgeable service
• operate the POS and handle cash
• communicate menu ingredients and allergy information
• maintain and stock the counter, pastry display, and retail products
• package and dispatch delivery and catering orders
• assist baristas and front-of-house staff
• complete cleaning, opening, and closing tasks
• follow food safety and service procedures.
