Commercial HVAC Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Commercial HVAC Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Longs, SC. Pay is $30–$40 per hour. The technician supports TNT Heating & Air’s commercial client base by maintaining HVAC systems for efficient and safe operation. The role performs preventive maintenance, inspections, and service work, documents findings, communicates potential repairs or upgrades, and coordinates service follow-through with the Service Manager and clients.

What you'll do

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment
• document findings and recommendations in ServiceTitan or approved software
• inspect electrical connections, motors, belts, refrigerant levels, drain lines, and controls
• clean coils, filters, and components
• check system performance against manufacturer specifications
• communicate findings and maintain a stocked service vehicle.
