What you'll do

• Partner with ownership on operational strategy and financial goals
• advise department managers and monitor performance metrics
• identify improvements to profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• oversee service and parts operations
• improve pricing, technician productivity, workflow, inventory, and expense control
• coordinate collision center processes
• support sales, CRM, lead follow-up, and customer retention
• coordinate strategies across dealerships
• monitor customer experience benchmarks and dealership processes.
