The RN provides skilled, resident-centered clinical care in accordance with care plans and nursing standards. By administering medications and treatments, assessing residents, documenting care, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, the nurse supports safe, high-quality care and residents’ well-being.

What you'll do

• Provide resident care according to nursing standards, physician treatment plans, and written care plans
• implement plans developed by the Nurse Manager
• administer medications and treatments
• assess residents and report changes
• maintain accurate documentation
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• follow infection control, safety, and nursing regulations.
