Apartment Maintenance Technician

The Apartment Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Tampa, FL. Pay is $22–$28 per hour. The position supports maintenance of a multifamily apartment community for SUMMIT WEST APARTMENTS 1 LLC. The technician performs routine, preventive, and emergency repairs to keep the community’s systems and apartments in working order and respond to resident needs. Work includes HVAC troubleshooting and repair, work orders, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and participation in an after-hours on-call rotation.

What you'll do

• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance
• troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
• complete work orders
• handle plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance
• participate in an on-call rotation
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• communicate with residents and management
• meet safety and quality standards.
