What you'll do

• Assist members and potential members with telephone, email, and chat requests
• answer questions about products and services
• conduct member account transactions
• resolve authorized problems and refer other issues with recommendations
• sort and route incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
• identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell services
• maintain member account information in the computer system.
