What you'll do

• Map territories and target accounts
• conduct outbound prospecting and discovery meetings
• qualify opportunities
• build relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, general contractors, and facility leaders
• coordinate RFQs, RFPs, proposals, and bids
• maintain CRM records and pipeline forecasts
• use AI-enabled tools and analytics for research, outreach, and account planning
• transition awarded projects to operations.
